We warrant our products to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use. During the warranty period, Aquavit will provide replacement parts for defective items. For products outside the warranty period, paid replacement parts and services are available.

Aquavit Warranty Information

At Aquavit Bath Co., Ltd., we are dedicated to providing products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Our comprehensive warranty ensures your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase. Below are the details of our warranty coverage:

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Kitchen Faucets and Accessories: 5 years from the date of purchase. This includes all mechanical parts and valves. Decorative finishes are covered for 2 years, provided that care instructions are followed and no abrasive or chemical agents are used.
  • Bathroom Faucets and Shower Systems: 5 years from the date of purchase. This includes all mechanical parts and valves. Chrome finishes are guaranteed for 5 years, while special finishes such as matte black and brushed gold are covered for 2 years. O-rings and seals are covered for 2 years, assuming proper care and avoidance of harsh chemicals.
  • Bathroom Accessories: 5 years from the date of purchase for all mechanical parts and finishes. Accessories with special finishes are covered for 2 years. assuming proper care and avoidance of harsh chemicals.
  • Cartridges and Diverters: Limited Lifetime Warranty. This covers thermostatic, ceramic, and pressure balance cartridges, as well as diverters.

2. Warranty Terms

  • Remedy: The sole remedy under this warranty is the replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of defective parts or products.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
    • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
    • Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
    • Wear and tear from environmental factors such as hard water or saltwater proximity.
    • Labor charges for installation, removal, or replacement, and any incidental or consequential damages.
  • Transferability: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. To file a claim, the original invoice and proof of purchase are required. Photos or videos of the defect and a description of the issue must be provided.

3. Care and Maintenance

To maintain the quality and functionality of your Aquavit products:

  • Clean regularly using water, neutral soap, and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
  • Avoid abrasive materials or cleaners that may damage the finish.
  • In areas with hard water, ensure surfaces are dried after each use.

4. Commercial Warranty

For products used in industrial, commercial, or business applications, the warranty period is limited to 1 year. This excludes all incidental or consequential damages and does not provide additional warranties beyond those specified.

5. Warranty Claims

  1. Proof of purchase and invoice.
  2. A description of the problem.
  3. Photos or videos showing the defect.
  4. Quantities involved.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by country.

The sole remedy under this warranty is the replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Finish degradation from abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
  • Normal wear and tear, or damage from environmental factors (e.g., hard water scale buildup, saltwater proximity).
  • Labor charges for removal or installation, shipping fees, or incidental damages.

Note: For B2B wholesale clients, shipping for warranty replacement parts will be consolidated and shipped with your next bulk order. Individual international shipping fees are not covered.

Product Care & Maintenance

To maintain product functionality and protect the finish:

  • Clean surfaces regularly using only warm water, neutral soap, and a soft cloth.
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning. In hard water areas, dry the faucet after each use to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Never use scouring pads, abrasive sponges, or acidic cleaners.
