Product Description

The TSVC4300 is a three-outlet concealed thermostatic rough-in valve with a solid brass body and French Vernet thermostatic cartridge. The lower control regulates water temperature, while three upper Neoperl controls combine push-button on/off operation with individual volume adjustment.

Its finish-independent half-box construction allows the valve to be installed and pressure-tested before the final trim finish is selected.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the TSVC thermostatic shower valve operate?

The lower handle controls the water temperature through a French Vernet thermostatic cartridge. Each upper Neoperl push-button control independently turns one shower outlet on or off and adjusts its water flow by rotation.

What is the difference between the TSVC and TSVB series?

The TSVB series uses separate handles for temperature and overall flow control, while its push buttons control the individual outlets. On the TSVC series, the lower handle controls temperature only, while each upper push-button control independently operates and adjusts the flow of its corresponding outlet.

Can the water flow be adjusted from each push button?

Yes. Press the control to turn the corresponding outlet on or off, then rotate it to adjust the water flow. Each outlet can be adjusted independently.

Can multiple shower outlets operate at the same time?

Yes. Each outlet is controlled independently, allowing one or multiple shower functions to operate simultaneously when the water pressure and supply capacity are sufficient.

What type of thermostatic cartridge does the valve use?

The TSVC series uses a French Vernet thermostatic cartridge for stable and precise temperature control. A 38°C safety stop helps prevent accidental selection of excessively hot water.

What is the flow rate of the TSVC shower valve?

The flow rate is approximately 24 L/min. Actual performance may vary depending on water pressure, pipe size, outlet configuration and the number of outlets operating simultaneously.

What is the required installation depth?

The recommended rough-in installation depth is 80–103 mm, measured to the finished wall surface. The finished wall must remain within the marked installation range.

Can the rough-in valve be installed before the trim is selected?

Yes. The rough-in valve has no decorative finish and can be installed during the plumbing stage. A compatible trim design and finish can be selected later, provided the number of outlets and control configuration match the rough-in valve.

What if the rough-in valve is installed too deep?

Extension components are available for installations beyond the standard depth range. Please contact our sales team with the model number and actual installation depth to confirm the correct extension kit.
