Raw Material & Casting Equipment

Production begins with high-grade brass rods selected for mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Each casting batch undergoes density inspection and structural surface checks before machining. Casting rejection rate is maintained below 2% through controlled mold calibration and material verification.

Gravity Casting Systems

Automated brass melting furnaces with temperature monitoring control

Casting Temperature Control

Controlled at approximately 1,050°C to ensure density and structural integrity

Precision CNC Machining

Aquavit operates multiple CNC machining centers dedicated to faucet body shaping and internal water channel precision. CNC Accuracy Tolerance Maintained within ±0.02 mm. Operations Include

Internal water passage drilling

Thread machining

Valve chamber calibration

Connector interface finishing

Dimensional inspection is conducted at defined checkpoints to ensure uniformity before surface treatment.

SURFACE ENGINEERING

Surface defines durability

Surface preparation is the foundation of long-term performance. Each faucet body undergoes a controlled multi-stage polishing process to ensure plating adhesion and visual clarity. Automated grinding is refined through manual inspection to achieve consistent smoothness across batches.

  • Copper base layer
  • Nickel 8–12 μm
  • Chrome 0.2–0.3 μm

Salt spray resistance up to 200 hours under laboratory conditions.

ASSEMBLY PRECISION

Controlled fastening and structural stability

Assembly is managed through calibrated fastening systems and controlled welding technology. Torque-controlled screw locking ensures uniform fastening force, while high-frequency welding is applied where structural reinforcement is required. This approach reduces variation and maintains repeatability at scale.

  • Torque-controlled fastening
  • High-frequency welding integration

PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION

Every unit tested before release

Each faucet is tested before shipment to confirm reliable operation and stable water performance. Functional verification is completed under controlled procedures to ensure consistency across every batch.

  • 1.6 MPa pressure test
  • Air tightness inspection
  • Up to 500,000 operation cycles
  • Temperature stability check
